While the hotel had its merits-like being good value for money-the management's approach could use significant adjustment.

Located in a serene area yet near the town center, the staff's warmth was outstanding, making every request a pleasure. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious omelettes and pancakes. While the basic facilities were sufficient, the fog often obscured the breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The overall experience was good value for the price paid, with a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.
